Our mission at Elmwood Vet Hospital is to understand your pet needs and provide accurate guidance and advice. We can help you with numerous concerns, from puppy and kitten advice to behavioural and dietary consults to end of life discussions. We can also assist with determining the urgency of a situation and deciding whether your pet requires immediate care or whether you can wait to see us during regular hours or alternatively provide some management at home.

"In an effort to reduce the risk of coronavirus (COVID-19) to our staff and clients while continuing to provide care options to our patients we are now offering telehealth services as an add-on to our in-hospital services. We are still open at our physical address and plan on continuing to provide veterinary services, food and prescriptions to our clients by any measures that will reduce risk of exposure to this virus to everyone."

Requirements: Apple phones and tablets (iPhone 5+, iPad 2+, iPod Touch 5+, iPad Mini) are supported using OS v11.0+ and the Safari browser is required. Older Apple iOS devices are not supported. About Elmwood Veterinary Hospital/Hôpital Vétérinaire Elmwood

We are a full service general practice and welcomes both emergency treatment during office hours as well as pet patients in need of routine medical, surgical, and dental care. We also offers holistic veterinary services like veterinary acupuncture, Chinese and Western Herbal medicine, natural supplements and food consults.

**PLEASE NOTE AS OF OCTOBER 12TH, 2020. WE WILL BE DOING CURBISDE SERVICES ONLY at our hospital. For now the telemedicine/telehealth option will only be done through our phone lines directly from our offices as we are overwhelmed with clients needing veterinary services. Our telehealth services are closed for the moment.

Once in the application, select your preferred communication channel (video, phone, or message) and select an available time slot. For messages, a time slot is not needed and our experts typically respond in 24 hours.
